  • JKA WF MALTA Summer Camp 2023

    JKA WF MALTA would like to present Karate Summer Camp 2023, on Saturday 26th August from 10am till 8:30pm. The camp will involve Karate activities spanning throughout the whole day!

  • Instructors Class 2023 October 7th

    St. Ignatius College, Handaq Secondary School

    Instructors' Class on 30th September will be at Handaq dojo @ st ignatius college from 6pm till 7.30pm. Kihon and Kata Kanku Dai will be the topics covered.
    Instructors / anyone interested is welcome to join

  • JKA WF Malta’s first Winter Kangeiko – January 2024

    St. Ignatius College, Handaq Secondary School

    Between the 5th and 7th January 2024, JKA WF Malta held its first Winter Kangeiko. Kangeiko is a Japanese Budo Tradition - training in the early morning during the coldest time of the year. The purpose of Kangeiko is to begin the New Year by challenging oneself, waking up early in the morning to train in cold weather, to set the same spirit of commitment for Training throughout the rest of the year.

    On the 6th of April, 4 JKA WF Malta Members had the opportunity to be part of the Team Representing MALTA at the JKA European Championships in Ghent, Belgium! Well done to our members who gave their utmost against many highly experienced fighters. A great learning opportunity for them all!

    It is with great pleasure that we announce that JKA HQ Instructor Igarashi Sensei, the 2023 All Japan JKA Kumite Champion, will be coming to Malta for the first time in July! All JKA and non JKA members are welcome to join us on the 20th and 21st of July at De La Salle College.
