SKA MALTA - Main Dojo , MaltaBetween the 18th and 20th October, Shotokan Karate-do Association Malta hosted world-renowned Shinji Akita Sensei, 6th Dan, to lead a training seminar for the first time in Malta. Amongst the 100 Maltese participants, were also international guests from Belgium and Scotland who came to Malta specifically to join us for this special event. International JKA Cup 2019 in Bottrop (Germany) by Hideo Ochi – November 2019
Bottrop, GermanyJKA MALTA SKA would like to congratulate 4 of its members who competed at the renowned JKA Cup in Germany that is held every year by Hideo Ochi Sensei 9th Dan JKA Germany and JKA Europe Chief Instructor.
Our members fought with pride to represent Malta and JKA MALTA SKA with Paul Falzon winning 2nd place in Men’s Kumite, Leanne Falzon 1st Place Kumite and 2nd place Kata in Females over 30, Yuki Nocilla 1st Place Female Kumite 21- 29 years category and Yanes Nocilla 2nd place in Team Kumite after being selected to fight for one of JKA Germany’s teams.
