On Tuesday, 18th February, JKA WF Malta were presented with an award at the VOPS & SIS 2025 Grant Awards Ceremony for securing funding through the Small Initiatives Support Scheme (SIS).

This funding will support the development of an online platform to digitize administrative tasks, tailored to the organization’s needs.

Nearly €1 million in funds were allocated to 85 new projects under the Voluntary Organisations Project Scheme (VOPS) and SIS, managed by MCVS within the Ministry for Inclusion and the Voluntary Sector (MIV).

During the event, MCVS Chairperson Ms. Gertrude Buttigieg highlighted the impact of these projects across various sectors, including health, disability, youth, sports, and music, as well as community learning and infrastructure improvements.
