Between November 15th and November 17th a record 38 Members from JKA MALTA SKA traveled to Milan with Sensei Edward Aquilina (JKA Chief Instructor of Malta) for training with the exceptional Izumiya Sensei 7th Dan JKA HQ instructor and Naitou Sensei 7th Dan JKA Italy Chief Instructor. Kihon, Kata and Kumite training focused on proper use of the lower body with great emphasis on the hip to increase speed and power of technique. A strong and dynamic base for an even sharper and powerful technique
