During the month of March, 4 team members from JKA Nakama and Seishūkan Dojo – 誠修館道場 had the pleasure of training with two exceptional instructors.
The JKA Spring Camp at Bad Camberg, Germany was led by Hirayama Yuko Sensei (7th Dan), who portrayed a high level of karate.
The training was focused on both kumite and kata where emphasis was given on correct posture and speed.
The members also had the opportunity to attend a dojo session with Shimizu Keigo Sensei (5th Dan) at Dojo Yamato Düsseldorf e.V. in Germany.
Focus was given to the straight projection and direction of power during kumite.
