On Sunday, 26th January, the second All Malta JKA National Championships took place at De La Salle College, bringing together participants from JKA clubs across Malta. This prestigious event featured both junior and senior categories for Kata and Shobu Ippon Kumite.
The JKA National Championships, held every January, welcomes participants from all JKA dojos in Malta and serves as a key selection event for the Maltese National Team. This prestigious competition offers students the chance to represent Malta in the international stage at the JKA European and World Championships.
This year, the championship concluded with great enthusiasm as participants eagerly awaited the presentation of the All Malta JKA Cup, which this year was awarded to JKA Kenshinkan Dojo for having the highest number of winning competitors across all categories.
