Exercises were designed to be engaging for all ages\, from young children of 6 years to senior karateka in their 70s\, ensuring that everyone could take away new learning and enjoyment from this experience.\n \n \n We would like to sincerely thank JKA Malta and JKA Hungary members for coming together to share in this positive and enriching training experience.
